Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining and organizing the store, including monitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock is available when needed.
• Receive, inspect, and label all incoming supplies and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality of items.
• Create and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing items, including purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials for various projects and events.
• Monitor and track expiry dates of perishable items and ensure timely disposal or replacement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Perform regular stock checks and assist in conducting periodic audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Handle all requests and issues related to store items from staff and students, providing excellent customer service.
• Research and source new suppliers or vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality products.
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to store operations.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
