Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at IIQAF. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive an exceptional level of service and support. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, while also driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and social media.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, while striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and promote a customer-friendly culture within the organization.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the management team for prompt resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless and efficient customer service.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback on processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle difficult customers in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages will be considered a strong asset.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and representing the organization in a positive light.
