Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and escorting them to their tables
• Taking accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest concerns
• Up-selling menu items and promoting specials to increase sales
• Accurately processing payments and handling cash transactions
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Restocking supplies and preparing tables for upcoming guests
• Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
