Job Summary

The Intelligent Information Quality Assurance Facility (IIQAF) is seeking a Cluster Head Operations-Business Services, who will be the leader of the organization's Operations-Business Services team. This individual will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the department and ensure that service levels are met and maintained. This role will also develop operational plans, objectives and strategies in accordance with the organization's long-term goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and review operational plans and strategies for the Operations-Business Services team.

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of professionals in providing world-class service to customers.

• Oversee daily operations of the department including, but not limited to, training, scheduling and workflow optimization.

• Monitor team productivity and ensure SLAs are met.

• Analyze and provide insights into customer satisfaction data.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and opportunities for cost reduction.

• Develop and implement service-oriented policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Establish seamless coordination across operations-business services processes.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.

• 7 years of experience in operations management and customer service.

• Solid understanding of business service operations and principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and develop action plans.

We’re looking for an experienced Business Service Manager to join our IIQAF team and help manage our business operations. As a Business Service Manager you will be responsible for the overall operations and service delivery of business services to our customers.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have great organizational skills. You should be able to effectively manage the workflow of our business services, prioritize tasks and take an active role in our customer service efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and delivery of business services to our customers

• Ensure the delivery of our services are in line with customer requirements
