Job Summary:

IIQAF is seeking highly skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Technicians to join our dynamic team. The MEP Technicians will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at our facility. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of building systems and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize technical knowledge and skills to install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at IIQAF
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with MEP systems, and develop effective solutions
• Conduct necessary repairs and replacements to ensure efficient operation of all MEP equipment and systems
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations while performing maintenance and repair duties
• Collaborate with other team members to complete project tasks in a timely manner
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed
• Report any malfunctions or issues to the Facilities Manager and assist in the development of solutions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
• Knowledge of MEP systems and their functionality
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
