Job Summary

IIQAF is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Administrator. Our organization is dedicated to providing top-quality education and certification programs in the fields of quality assurance and finance to professionals around the world. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about supporting our mission and ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the institute, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency
  • Managing and maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Conducting research and providing support for various projects and initiatives
  • Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records and compiling reports for senior management
  • Assist in the recruitment and on boarding of new staff members
  • Participating in team meetings and providing input to improve operational processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance and finance is a plus
