Job Summary
IIQAF is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Administrator. Our organization is dedicated to providing top-quality education and certification programs in the fields of quality assurance and finance to professionals around the world. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about supporting our mission and ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations of the institute, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency
- Managing and maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Conducting research and providing support for various projects and initiatives
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and compiling reports for senior management
- Assist in the recruitment and on boarding of new staff members
- Participating in team meetings and providing input to improve operational processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance and finance is a plus
