As the Operations Head for IIQAF, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our hospitality operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of IIQAF’s hospitality facilities, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the operations division.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Continuously review and improve processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.
- Strong understanding of hotel and restaurant operations, revenue management, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and health and safety standards.
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
