Job Summary
As a Production Supervisor at IIQAF, you will be responsible for overseeing our production operations and ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a critical role in managing our production team and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the production team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor and maintain production processes and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and timely delivery of products.
• Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards to meet customer expectations.
• Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of production and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and other production software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
