Job Summary:

IIQAF is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Shoppers. This role is responsible for providing a satisfying shopping experience to our customers by assisting them in their purchasing decisions, maintaining the store’s aesthetic appearance and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as soon as they enter the store in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in finding the right products according to their needs and preferences.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of all IIQAF products and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by regularly restocking shelves, folding clothes and arranging products.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the store’s POS system.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a calm and professional manner.
• Actively promote and upsell IIQAF products and services to customers.
• Assist in visual merchandising by creating attractive displays and maintaining store aesthetics.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform the store manager about low stock items.
• Maintain knowledge of sales and promotions to inform customers and drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• A positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Well-groomed and ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Flexible with a willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
