Job Summary

IIQAF is looking for a highly organized and motivated professional to join our Client Services team as a Health Insurance Manager. This position provides individuals the opportunity to develop their abilities in management and customer service while helping to advance IIQAF’s mission to provide the utmost in health insurance care to all of our clients.

The Client Services Manager- Health Insurance will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive timely and affordable coverage options and services. They will be the ‘go-to’ to ensure that our clients get the best possible service and healthcare when they need it. The Manager will assess the needs of our clients and strategize to ensure that they are met. They will be tasked with performing and coordinating effective customer service operations and activities.

The right candidate for this role will possess a strong background in customer service, health insurance, and management. They must be highly organized and able to work well with teams and independently. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and great problem-solving skills to overcome any issue that might arise during customer service interactions.

Main Responsibilities:

– Manage customer service operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

– Partner with internal departments to develop effective customer service strategies

– Evaluate customer service processes and operations on an ongoing basis

– Monitor customer service operations and customer interactions

– Ensure adherence to customer service best practices

– Provide resources to internal and external stakeholders as needed

– Lead customer service initiatives and projects

Required Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in related field

– 5 years of experience in customer service or health insurance

– Excellent technical, organizational, and communication skills

– Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

– Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

– Proven experience in planning, organizing, and prioritizing
