Job Summary

The Institute for Innovative Quality Assurance and Facilities (IIQAF) is looking for an ambitious and experienced Health Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical operations analysis and project support for our health-related initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the health operation process

• Establishing appropriate metrics and reporting systems to measure the performance of team members and other stakeholders in the health operations process

• Developing and executing comprehensive health data collection and analysis plans to identify operational trends, as well as opportunities for improvement

• Designing and conducting surveys to collect qualitative and quantitative data on health plans, including customer satisfaction surveys

• Monitoring health operation performance and recommending process improvements and workflow revisions based on observations

• Assisting with special projects (e.g., process mapping) when needed

• Providing input to the development of appropriate tools, templates, and systems to improve health operations

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Health Operations Analyst or similar role

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

• Knowledge of the healthcare sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• In-depth understanding of database and programming concepts

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

• Project management skills
