Job Summary

IIQAF is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and creative Human Resources Officer to join our team! The position focuses on facilitating administrative duties, problem solving and developing creative solutions to streamline HR processes.

The successful candidate will be a HR professional who has a proven track record of excellence and an extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations. You will be expected to have strong interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and prioritize, and able to remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an HR Officer to provide comprehensive HR support and guidance for the IIQAF organization. Responsibilities include:

• Working with hiring managers to draft and implement job postings, conduct interviews and select candidates.

• Performing reference checks and employment background checks on new hires.

• Coordinating and managing onboarding and off-boarding activities.

• Designing and maintaining various HR policies and procedures, including EEOC compliance.

• Assisting in the development and implementation of training initiatives and programs.

• Handling employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, grievances, and employee relations.

• Administering payroll and benefits.

• Maintaining employee records.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of experience working in Human Resources, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and possess excellent attention to detail.
