Job Summary
We are looking for an Insurance Relationship Manager to join our team and cultivate relationships with a portfolio of partners and potential clients. The ideal candidate is a professional and strategic individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
The Insurance Relationship Manager’s primary duty is to maintain strong relationships with our partners, ensuring satisfaction in quality, cost, and support. The right candidate combines analytic capabilities with working knowledge of the insurance industry and strategic use of resources.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with existing and potential partners for insurance products.
• Develop collaborative relationships with existing and potential partners to increase revenue and grow business.
• Assist with the execution of plans and strategies for partners and clients to ensure maximum satisfaction in quality, cost, and support.
• Monitor and analyze partner agreements for renewals, account management, and compliance.
• Utilize data and analytics in order to identify areas of opportunity for our partners.
• Provide prompt and exemplary customer service to partners and clients.
• Keep up to date with industry and marketplace trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of proven experience in relationship management, business development, or account management in the insurance industry
• Ability to gather, analyze, compile, and interpret data effectively
• Proven communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal instruction
• Experienced in Microsoft Office and databases
• Commitment to meeting deadlines
