Job Summary
We are looking for an Insurance Servicing – Team Member to join our team! You will be involved in providing quality service to our clients. Your duties will include responding to inquiries from clients, researching and troubleshooting policy paperwork, and providing overall support to the team. You should also have great customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you are reliable, have excellent communication skills, and have the necessary experience to make a real impact, then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Process insurance policies and handle customer inquiries
• Supply policy information and education to clients
• Read and interpret policy documents to answer customer questions
• Troubleshoot technical problems and assist customers with filing claims
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in insurance servicing
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret policy documents
• Technical abilities and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Strong computer skills
