Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Travel Consultant to join our team at IIQAF, a global luxury touring and experiences company. This role supports clients in selecting and booking the perfect travel experience worldwide. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with excellent customer service and communication skills, who is organized and has the ability to communicate effectively with clients, airlines, hotels, and other stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
• Build and manage corporate travel agreements, tour packages, hotels, and other arrangements
• Research and develop a portfolio of travel options for clients based on their needs and budget
• Answer customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide expertise on the local travel options and best practices, such as visas, passport requirements, and special fees
• Submit confirmations for reservations and manage all travel-related paperwork
• Proactively ensure customer satisfaction and anticipate customer needs
• Ensure compliance with customer service standards and policies
• Monitor currency exchange rate changes and provide advice according to customer needs
• Act as the point of contact for clients in all aspects of travel management
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel
