Job Summary

IIQAF seeks an experienced Service Desk Specialist to join our growing team of experts. We are looking for a passionate problem-solver who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and support.

As the Service Desk Specialist, you will play an integral role in helping IIQAF customers resolve technical issues quickly and accurately. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing and responding to their inquiries and ensuring their issue is resolved promptly.

You will be expected to maintain customer service expectations, provide helpful solutions, prioritize and escalate complex issues, and document customer interactions thorough our systems. The successful candidate should have outstanding communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer support requests in a timely manner

• Investigate customer reports and technical issues to identify the source of the problem

• Develop solutions to technical issues and document steps for troubleshooting

• Educate customers on technical issues and how to use available resources for self-service

• Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve the customer support experience

• Prioritize and escalate unresolved customer complaints to the right team

• Track customer interactions and gather data to improve customer service delivery

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Service Desk Specialist or a similar role

• Knowledge of customer service procedures and best practices

• Understanding of IT systems and applications

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented attitude

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
