Job Summary
IIQAF is seeking a skilled and experienced motor claims specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for handling motor claims, ensuring accurate and timely settlement of claims and providing exceptional customer service alongside superior claim resolution.
Responsibilities:
• Assess coverage, investigate, and adjust all motor claims within the guidelines of applicable insurance regulations
• Ensure the timely and accurate investigation and resolution of claims
• Support and promote a customer-centric approach to claims management in accordance with IIQAF guarantee
• Promptly review damage reports, estimate repairs, and authorize payment or nonpayment (if applicable)
• Effectively manage demanding customer relationships
• Proactively identify claim trends, situations requiring oversight, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide regular updates to customers by telephone and in writing
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of claimants and claims
• Manage an assigned portfolio of motor claims consistent with internal guidelines and best practices
• Conduct periodic reviews to assess service standards, accuracy and overall performance
Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in the insurance or related industries
• Proven track record of managing motor claims in a panel environment
• Working knowledge of motor and liability laws
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Highly motivated self-starter with a customer-centric mindset
• Demonstrated ability to achieve set targets and effectively solve complex problems
• Ability to work across all levels and disciplines within an organization
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
